I ordered a table and 3 chairs for my grandchildren. Table arrived minus a table top , just 8 legs. One of the chairs did not turn up. Therefore the order was most definitely incomplete. After an hour of online chat , and talking to 2 different people who gave me 2 different reasons for the table turning up without a top, I was refunded the table and one of the chairs ( which was out of stock) When I came to question a refund for the other 2 chairs ( no use without a table) I was told I would have to go through he normal 'returns' process. Given that this was not my fault or problem I felt this very unfair. I asked for the postage to be refunded also, but told no. I will never shop on this site again.

Had items missing from order on 22/11/24,sent email they won't refund or take money for the missing items off my studio pay account,never received the three items very annoyed

Please don’t use. Returned an item and they are saying they haven’t received it. They have been giving me the run around for months and eventually have said they can’t help. Absolutely awful customer service. Won’t ever use again.

Shocking! Ordered 16 th of November and still not received! I had half refund and they saying other half arrived ! No response for my 25 emails! Communication awful. Customer service awful. Don’t recommend at all! Scamming people ! Absolutely unacceptable! Legal action taking !

Would give 0 stars if possible. I ordered a sideboard in October with delivery on 2nd november. It's now 15th Dec and still not got my item.... I have been in contact with them via email on many occasions . I managed to get through on chat last week. After explaining everything and getting nowhere the agent disconnected my call.....very rude..... .I got straight back online to talk to another agent. Eventually she told me all they could do as studio had cancelled my order last week ( without my consent ) was to offer me 20% off my next order and free delivery The cost for the original order was added to my studio credit account in October and I am now chasing them up to get this money back into my account, and still awaiting the email to confirm the agreed discount After leaving a negative review I was emailed by studio to say they had sent me an email to reply to in order to resolve the issue Yes you can imagine, this has not arrived in my inbox either I ordered matching tables just prior to ordering the sideboard and there were no issues with these Is it too much to ask to receive my item that I have already been charged for ?

Ordered christmas gifts, one was a watch that wasn't cheap Ben Sherman, i opened to set the date and time but the second hand was not waorking. Informed studio who sent out a new one. the new one has now arrived and exactly the same. I am 1. not happy I CANNOT speak to anyone, everything is online and get no answers and at the moment this is made even worse by the fact Ive has surgery on my hand so using the computer is harder than you'll believe and the pain is awful (my daughter is typing this for me now whe knows she isn't getting the watch). I have shopped with studio for years but NEVER AGAIN. Products shoddy, NO CUSTOMER SERVICE OR CARE and postage prices way to high especially when on a recent order I had to pay 3 postage for 1 order as they have them in different locations. AWFUL company who don't care.

Ordered trainers, 2 jumpers, 1 x hoodie and some underwear. Evri failed to deliver parcel because according to them it was too heavy !!! Studio keep fobbing me off with excuses and chat box drops out despite holding on and waiting for a response. I have been a customer for many years, terrible customer treatment, no truthfull response. Do not use this company. They treat you as an idiot and have retained my £70 despite not receiving my parcel !!!

Do Not Use This Company! I have been a customer of this company for more than 10 years, I have never had a problem until now! I ordered 7 items (some large) I received my order & there was 1 item in the parcel bag. I gave it a few days thinking another parcel would arrived! No such luck! I eventually got customer service through email & they said they where looking into this ‘horrific matter’🙈 (my missing items) They got back to me a few days later saying everything was in the bag, having attached the picture of the very small parcel bag I asked how my 7 items could possibly fit in this extremely small bag after all it was a ‘Mary Poppins’ bag! They said ‘the matter is now closed’ I asked for the customer service managers number or email but no reply. So I got the pleasure of paying for items I don’t have & having to deal with all this hassle. Do Not Use This Company!

Scam company!!!!! Totally not fit for purpose. Ordered 3 x 60cm infinity Christmas mains operated multicoloured decorations. Recieved 3x 30cm battery single colour scratched pathetic ones. 3 times promised collection & still nothing. Not even the promised email to confirm. Totally useless virtual customer service that achieved nothing. This company is a joke. I begrudge giving this sham the 1 star.

I ordered on 31st oct still not recieved it fobbed off everytime I ask about my order saying its getting dispatched shortly asked for refund not recieved it I am absolutely livid over this as it was for a present

Absolutely worse company, I hope they’re closing down because they’re not going to get another penny off me again when I’ve been constantly paying them whilst they put interest on interest! Their prices aren’t even good, they keep signing you out of your account every time they have a new update how do you expect to pay them when they keep locking you out of your accounts.

Awful scam of a company. Not what it used to be by a long shot. Getting to actually talk to someone is nigh on impossible and when you do, they just lie to you and fob you off. Reported to trading standards and will see them in court.

Please dont buy from this company - i ordered two matching sofas for one to be totally different upon arrival - cant get a return unless i pay and then cant get a replacement so am left with 2 non matching sofas and over 700 out of pocket - NEVER EVER USE THEM. Robot chat disconnects and they done understand emails are not responded to am not totally out of pocket and hope people read this report so they dont end up in the same position

OMG I so wish I had done some homework regarding this awful company before I purchased. No order delivered and ordered back in September and I can't even get this order cancelled and my money back, they fob you off on the chat and disconnect you - terrible customer service. They should be investigated and shut down. terrible company terrible customer service - quick enough to take your money but won't give it back

Items paid, items missing, not delivered. Studio contacted to resolved. Assured items would be received within a week later and still nothing. Contacted again and told merchants would be contacted but no refund given. Will NOT be ordering from studio again! Absolute terrible service! For the money.. will be seeking legal action.

I never received a parcel before I went on holiday. On my return I received arrears letters from Studio Catalogue. I had to search the internet to try to get to speak to somebody about the parcel but their was nobody to talk to. They force you to use their automated system. After reporting that I not received the parcel they said since the parcel was sent out over 30 days ago they could not investigate the matter and I would have to pay for the parcel. I informed them I was not going to pay for something I never received so they passed my account to DEBT RECOVERY. I was then hounded daily with written communication and daily telephone calls telling me to phone their debt recovery to arrange to make payments. This went on for months until finally in tears I managed to speak to somebody in debt recovery who I informed that I was going to report the harassment to Financial Ombudsmen Service and Police. The debt recovery listened to what I had to say and agreed to cancel the debt to save me from any further distress. I do not want anything to do with Studio Catalogue and with their bullying and intimidating behavior they should be prevented from trading.
