Disgusting and rude customer service. Refuse to provide a complaints process. Faulty wardrobe, hasn't lasted 5 months, they refuse to adhere to Sales of Goods Act and keep emailing same rubbish about it being wear and tear and they refuse to help in any way only responding with "We're not providing any further assistance with this issue, if you wish to take this further it will be with a third party". Avoid buying from here at all cost if I were you!

How can I get in touch with Studio,? Have tried several phone numbers, also email which does not seem to exist, I only got half of a PJ set, ! Any help would be much appreciated.

I have still not received my order of a scooter that was ordered I August 2924 and are still being charged for . £269 . Repeated requests for help on this matter are just generic letters but no assistance.

i bought a pair of boots trainers which i never received, dealt with customer service who are absolutely awful and they closed my case without proper there so called investigation. i demanded my refund and they declined now i am going to ombudsmen and see how i can get my refund

Ordered in September part 1 of the order which two items arrived and I was told by Evri that the other parcel had come to their warehouse open and had been sent back to them,I then got in touch with Evri and received proof that studio had received the return,studio claimed they have never received and also claim they have proof of my delivery because of the photo Evri took for the first part of the order, to put it into perspective I ordered two coats,a shower curtain.hanging baskets,some bralettes and a couple of other things,the photo taken wasn’t big enough to account for all those items and yet studio has closed the complaint as they have proof of delivery. Don’t know where to go next as I begrudge paying for stuff I haven’t received and if I don’t it affects my credit rating. No refund given. Will never use them again after this and I will make everyone aware of it. DO NOT USE!!!! Horrendous Customer Service Skills!!!

Studio have loads of stuff of Studio for many years and had the best experience deliver on time and will not go any were else the only thing is the price wen u think ur getting cheap they put on charges I brought a hoover cheap but had to pay 20 for deliver wich not cheay

I have shopped with studio for years never again I ordered a cardigan for a friend which never arrived no satisfaction with customer service . No cardigan no money back case closed postage cost outrages as most things you order are sent back terrible quality ordered 3 packs of Xmas cards all damaged went in bin how this company is still trading I do not know

Order was delivered today, however i need to return an item. Studio charged £4.99 for delivery, and now want £4.99 for a single small item return. That's nearly £10 extra on top of the original price.... This is absolutely shocking. I will give the dress away before paying this to return it. Disgraceful customer service.

Ordered over ten items got three separate parcels, none of the items mine. Sent back. Never received my items. Asked for refund. Been talking four months. Said they have CCTV of my items packed... That's great, where are they then!? Convienant lie. Won't refund, won't give items. Lost alot of money. Scam artists. Avoid.

I order items in November I’ve been emailing and trying to get refund as the items didn’t arrive. All I get is they are looking into this. Then yesterday. Nothing more they can do This is the final email case closed. How are they getting away with this. It’s shocking I hope the people that are so rude to customers. Have the sane experience in life they are giving out. Never ever will I use them again. I hope they close down scammers

I ordered a table and 3 chairs for my grandchildren. Table arrived minus a table top , just 8 legs. One of the chairs did not turn up. Therefore the order was most definitely incomplete. After an hour of online chat , and talking to 2 different people who gave me 2 different reasons for the table turning up without a top, I was refunded the table and one of the chairs ( which was out of stock) When I came to question a refund for the other 2 chairs ( no use without a table) I was told I would have to go through he normal 'returns' process. Given that this was not my fault or problem I felt this very unfair. I asked for the postage to be refunded also, but told no. I will never shop on this site again.

Please don’t use. Returned an item and they are saying they haven’t received it. They have been giving me the run around for months and eventually have said they can’t help. Absolutely awful customer service. Won’t ever use again.

Shocking! Ordered 16 th of November and still not received! I had half refund and they saying other half arrived ! No response for my 25 emails! Communication awful. Customer service awful. Don’t recommend at all! Scamming people ! Absolutely unacceptable! Legal action taking !

Would give 0 stars if possible. I ordered a sideboard in October with delivery on 2nd november. It's now 15th Dec and still not got my item.... I have been in contact with them via email on many occasions . I managed to get through on chat last week. After explaining everything and getting nowhere the agent disconnected my call.....very rude..... .I got straight back online to talk to another agent. Eventually she told me all they could do as studio had cancelled my order last week ( without my consent ) was to offer me 20% off my next order and free delivery The cost for the original order was added to my studio credit account in October and I am now chasing them up to get this money back into my account, and still awaiting the email to confirm the agreed discount After leaving a negative review I was emailed by studio to say they had sent me an email to reply to in order to resolve the issue Yes you can imagine, this has not arrived in my inbox either I ordered matching tables just prior to ordering the sideboard and there were no issues with these Is it too much to ask to receive my item that I have already been charged for ?

Ordered christmas gifts, one was a watch that wasn't cheap Ben Sherman, i opened to set the date and time but the second hand was not waorking. Informed studio who sent out a new one. the new one has now arrived and exactly the same. I am 1. not happy I CANNOT speak to anyone, everything is online and get no answers and at the moment this is made even worse by the fact Ive has surgery on my hand so using the computer is harder than you'll believe and the pain is awful (my daughter is typing this for me now whe knows she isn't getting the watch). I have shopped with studio for years but NEVER AGAIN. Products shoddy, NO CUSTOMER SERVICE OR CARE and postage prices way to high especially when on a recent order I had to pay 3 postage for 1 order as they have them in different locations. AWFUL company who don't care.

Ordered trainers, 2 jumpers, 1 x hoodie and some underwear. Evri failed to deliver parcel because according to them it was too heavy !!! Studio keep fobbing me off with excuses and chat box drops out despite holding on and waiting for a response. I have been a customer for many years, terrible customer treatment, no truthfull response. Do not use this company. They treat you as an idiot and have retained my £70 despite not receiving my parcel !!!

Do Not Use This Company! I have been a customer of this company for more than 10 years, I have never had a problem until now! I ordered 7 items (some large) I received my order & there was 1 item in the parcel bag. I gave it a few days thinking another parcel would arrived! No such luck! I eventually got customer service through email & they said they where looking into this ‘horrific matter’🙈 (my missing items) They got back to me a few days later saying everything was in the bag, having attached the picture of the very small parcel bag I asked how my 7 items could possibly fit in this extremely small bag after all it was a ‘Mary Poppins’ bag! They said ‘the matter is now closed’ I asked for the customer service managers number or email but no reply. So I got the pleasure of paying for items I don’t have & having to deal with all this hassle. Do Not Use This Company!
