Orderd a coat £182 it arrived within a wk of my granddaughter wearing it the sleeve had faded so I returned it for a exchange or refund only to be met with arrogance and they sent it back to me saying they wont accept it back , disgusting for such a big company

Very bad if with Studio . The placed an order for £150 and had a return for which is not my fault . The item is incorrectly tagged and size is incorrect , I needed to pay £5 extra for a return . Each time I place an order I need to pay return for items that are faulty or damaged . This is a bullying experience by the online retailer even after complaining . Customer service is pathetic and escalation processes are unfair and useless . Avoid

A no star rating was not an option sadly. What went wrong? You did... Going into administration would have been more admirable than selling your soul for cheap, poorly made products. with a 'so what, just send it back' attitude from customer services. I hadn't seen the reviews for your company after being a customer for many years until every item I have purchased lately has either been broken, wrong size, looked like it had been dragged through a hedge backwards, the list is not exhaustive! Wow, you must be so proud of how far you've come? In the hope potential or unknowing customers are reading this I want them to know.... Studio is just a trade name, they had their chance but sold out to sports direct and frazer plus is now its owner, interest rates are no better than a pay day loan. Im out! Good luck Studio, your gonna need it!

Totally incompetent customer services team. Raised a query with them when my order got duplicated. I believe there is a problem with their system whereby you click to place your order but instead of saying something like “order placed” it just remains on your basket thinking the order hasn’t gone through. I have spent over 4 hours emailing back and forth trying to resolve the problem. I had repeatedly requested their escalation process but to no avail. I had to pay out of my own money to return the duplicated parcel at a cost of £11 and as one of the items was earrings they are now returning my returned item stating it isn’t returnable due to be pierced earrings. Well if you’d only sent me one in the first place I wouldn’t have needed to send them back. I’m now at the point of ripping my hair out I’m getting so annoyed. No longer any contact number to physically be able to speak to anyone and the email replies don’t even read what you have written or what your complaint is about. Been a studio customer for a very long time and always able to speak to someone to get things resolved. Now a faceless company just communicating via email. Customer service is atrocious. Time to shut down my account and drop the CEO an email.

Been trying to contact Studio about a payment method and have, so far, not been able to receive an answer. It seems that there is no way to actually speak to a person on the telephone. Have spent hours on their webchat line to no avail. No customer service will equal no orders.

I ordered a vax carpet cleaner and received a metal desk. Been trying for weeks to get them to collect the wrong item and to refund me for the vax I didn't receive. They've told me the vax is out of stock. So why send me a desk I never ordered. Been emailing them daily to get this desk uplifted but it's excuse after excuse. Now I've contacted citizens advice. I've had enough they won't credit my account until they receive the desk back except me to take it a shop for pick up. Not a chance I can't lift this 25kg box

Dreadful company, that attempted to mislead my autistic son (which he had made them aware of), no terms or finance options applied to an order. He attempted to cancel, instead got bullied by an influx of email communication. None advising, rectifying or cancelling. My son now has had charges applied for an order that was cancelled and that he doesn’t have. Now with the ombudsman, including a claim for discrimination and personal injury (impacting on my son’s mental health). My whole family has boycotted them now.

Have shopped successfully with Studio for over 10 years but latest purchase has been a nightmare. Ordered 2 Mens jackets and matching trousers but sizings quoted on their site are way out.ie 48” trouser is actually 32”, 50 trouser is 34 and jacket supposedly 50 is 41” chest and 52 is 42”. Contacted customer service with full details of misleading info and the fact one of the jackets arrived stained . This was via their returns process asking for free return 6 days ago. Got a reply same day advising me that if the labels on the garments match what their site says then I am responsible for return postage. Contacted them again the next day disputing this as they were describing sizing which was not true sizes and reviews on their site confirm customers experiencing the same problem. I have made further contact since with no response. This is a faceless company with no access to a human contact. I have now lost all faith in studio.

Deeply Disappointed – Lack of Accountability for Missing Parcel I placed an order with Studio and paid in full, but the item never arrived. According to Evri, the parcel was not delivered to my flat but left in a communal area, where it went missing — something I’ve had to explain several times now. Despite following all the correct steps and chasing up multiple times, Studio has been far from helpful. I was initially told to wait for the outcome of Evri’s investigation, which I did. Yet, I was later informed that the case had been closed due to “no response” from me — which is completely inaccurate. I’ve responded promptly to all emails and even re-sent previous correspondence for clarity. Rather than accepting responsibility as the retailer, Studio continues to push the blame onto Evri. I'm now being asked to fill out a disclaimer form — weeks after first raising the issue — just to maybe get this resolved. Frankly, it’s exhausting. I find it unacceptable that I’m being made to do all the chasing for an item I never received. The lack of ownership and poor communication has left me extremely frustrated. I expected better from a company of this size. If you’re considering ordering from Studio, just be aware: if anything goes wrong, don’t expect them to deal with it properly.

Disgusting and rude customer service. Refuse to provide a complaints process. Faulty wardrobe, hasn't lasted 5 months, they refuse to adhere to Sales of Goods Act and keep emailing same rubbish about it being wear and tear and they refuse to help in any way only responding with "We're not providing any further assistance with this issue, if you wish to take this further it will be with a third party". Avoid buying from here at all cost if I were you!

I have still not received my order of a scooter that was ordered I August 2924 and are still being charged for . £269 . Repeated requests for help on this matter are just generic letters but no assistance.

i bought a pair of boots trainers which i never received, dealt with customer service who are absolutely awful and they closed my case without proper there so called investigation. i demanded my refund and they declined now i am going to ombudsmen and see how i can get my refund

Ordered in September part 1 of the order which two items arrived and I was told by Evri that the other parcel had come to their warehouse open and had been sent back to them,I then got in touch with Evri and received proof that studio had received the return,studio claimed they have never received and also claim they have proof of my delivery because of the photo Evri took for the first part of the order, to put it into perspective I ordered two coats,a shower curtain.hanging baskets,some bralettes and a couple of other things,the photo taken wasn’t big enough to account for all those items and yet studio has closed the complaint as they have proof of delivery. Don’t know where to go next as I begrudge paying for stuff I haven’t received and if I don’t it affects my credit rating. No refund given. Will never use them again after this and I will make everyone aware of it. DO NOT USE!!!! Horrendous Customer Service Skills!!!

Studio have loads of stuff of Studio for many years and had the best experience deliver on time and will not go any were else the only thing is the price wen u think ur getting cheap they put on charges I brought a hoover cheap but had to pay 20 for deliver wich not cheay

I have shopped with studio for years never again I ordered a cardigan for a friend which never arrived no satisfaction with customer service . No cardigan no money back case closed postage cost outrages as most things you order are sent back terrible quality ordered 3 packs of Xmas cards all damaged went in bin how this company is still trading I do not know
