Promised delivery of a television set. Used Hermes as courier.
No delivery was made although Hermes claims it was. Contacted foreign call centre at premium rate charge that were no help.
Studio suggested buying the television again and wait for possible refund which could take up to 30 days!!!!!
Would never buy from Studio again and would actively avoid any retailer that uses Hermes as their courier of choice.
Terrible service but don't just take my word for it. Read the reviews below for more insight into this company.
