STEER CLEAR DO NOT BUY I ordered and paid for a range cooker 07/12/20 studio phoned the following day to say it wasnt in stock and unable to supply so they said order was cancelled and refund will be due. i phoned them 09/12/20 was told they system doesnt show cancelled.(call centre phillipines) i emailed 13/12/20 asking where my refund was email ignored no response I called 15/12/20 now om being told it takes 14days (call centre south africa) how much of other peoples money is this company making by holding their cash for 14 days? i am now going to read consumer protection act
