Been a loyal customer for years now and ordered 2 x 3 seater sofas at start of July,it said 4-6 weeks for delivery,I decided to check my order after the 6 weeks and it said will be delivered on or before 28/09/2021 so I waited and no show by that date,I then received an email from Furdeco delivery company on 1st September saying my sofas were going to be delivered on Saturday 4th September,my whole household had covid at the time so I emailed them back explaining we were all covid positive and were isolating so wouldn’t be able to accept delivery on this date,I explained I would be able to accept them the following Saturday which was 11th September,no one answered my email so the following day I phoned the number in there email and explained it all again to a gentleman who said he had seen my email and would book my delivery for Saturday 11th September,I got rid of my old sofas on the 10th September and sat all day on the 11th awaiting delivery of my sofas,it got to 2pm and I thought it strange that no one had contacted me with a time slot so I phoned to see what time to expect them and was meant with a rude lady on the phone who told me they weren’t scheduled for delivery that date,I explained everything I’d said to the man on the phone on and told her he booked my delivery for the 11th but she said no we will contact you soon with another date she was no help whatsoever,I contacted studio to be told they would sort it out and I’ve not heard anymore about it,it’s now the 16th September and I’m still no further forward with getting my sofas delivered,I will never ordered any large items of furniture from studio again,totally let down and sitting on garden chairs
