I would of put zero if I could. We purchased a under counter drinks fridge. When we received it the glass was shattered. They arranged a return ( which took 1 week ) it was collected and we were given a tracking number ( which didn't work). As the tracking number didn't work I phoned customer service to check it had been received and was told it was in there warehouse and to allow 14 business days for a refund. 2 weeks later still no refund, I phoned customer service and was told wait a further 36 hours for the money to be put in the account. 1 week later still no refund and then they tell me the courier hasn't returned the item. Then they send me a declaration form to fill out ( they already have all the information that was needed on the form) this adds another week. Now I've checked they have this declaration and have been told the 24 days return policy starts again. I really feel like I'm not going to get my money back. I fear I might have to write to the financial ombudsman.
