Worst customer service by far I've ever come across, having so many issue with them lately and I've spent so much money with this company over the years it's such a shame, constantly sending my parcels to my mother's house even tho it's got my full name and address on the parcels, parcels going missing in transit because of it, delivery charge is a pain and so is the interest charges, once all my stuff finally arrives (if it does) I'll be paying it off and cancelling it, such a shame. If they took off the delivery charges used a different courier company and had some decent intelligent people on the end of the phone they'd so really well.
