Placed an order, received an email saying allow 28 days for delivery but never heard anything. Rang to chase but was put through to an overseas call centre where the agent only spoke broken english and kept being told 2 weeks. I emailed customer services and received a fuller response saying the items I ordered weren't in stock but there was more arriving the following week so i would receive the items in two weeks. However every two weeks kept getting emails saying my order had been delayed 2 weeks! I received 2 of these emails. Then eventually 2 months after placing my order I received an email saying they did not have my item in stock and would have to cancel my order, and, I would have to wait 14 days for my refund! I am still furious, why sell stuff that they don't even have in stock. Yet when I go to their website, the items I ordered are still available for sale and the stock leveIs show that my items have good stock availability, so what's going on here? I will never use this company again and would advise anyone else to avoid at all costs.
