Nope Nope Nope!! Do not use.
Delieved a faulty item in February 2021. Took me several e-mails, phone calls and instagram messages to get them to collect (they wouldn't replace) and they wouldn't refund until they had collected.
2 months later, I contacted my bank for the refund, which I got and then 2 days later Studio arranged for Hermes to collect my broken item.
It is now Nov 2021 and Studio have contacted me telling me that I owe them money. No, I do not.
They are unable to trace the delivery...this is hardly surprisingly seeing as it took them 2 months to organise.
I have sent them proof of collection, evidence of the chain of e-mails and instagram conversation in the hope they finally leave me alone. Incompetent company, not worth the time and I will avoid at all costs.
'Sorry you had a bad experience' yes....well learn how to do your job properly and stop harassing people unnecessarily.
