Ordered on Nov 29th just sent this :
On November the 29th I made an order for quite a few items from yourself all of which were accepted and delivered, except for the most important item a plush elephant which was for my first grandchild on her first Christmas. I waited three weeks after the delivery of all the other items at which time I phoned up your customer services to ask where said was. I was assured by the young lady I spoke to that my item would definitely be with me in time for Christmas and she understood perfectly how important it was to me. I also received an email telling me not to worry said elephant was making like Dumbo and flying its way to me as fast as you could make it. Then to my utter dismay today 17/12/2021 I received another email stating sorry about the fact that we already charged you here's a credit to your account your Elephant is no longer in stock. What kind of shambolic ordering system are you running when you're not even keeping in touch with your suppliers and they don't seem to care enough to update you. You must be very important customers to them. However, I digress, at this late stage what exactly do you suggest I do about my first and may I add only granddaughters present now? May I suggest that if you can't uphold your order your customer service agents don't tell customers that they understand and their item will definitely be with them in time? To say I am furious would be an understatement at this point and I would have expected more than just an automated email with the barest of apologies. I shall await your reply with an idea of where to get a present for my granddaughter now, which I can assure you being disabled and unable to go out is going to be very difficult if not impossible
