AVIOD AVIOD AVIOD. Ordered an item on the 16/11/2021 for my 3 year old daughters Christmas from "santa" Received a confirmation Email on the 17/11/2021 to say that the item would be dispatched within 6-10 days. Come 3/12/2021 I had zero contact from studio, after calling them on the 3rd I was told there was an item delay and it was expected into there warehouse on 06/12/2021. On the 06/12/2021 I phoned again and was told by Mary it had been dispatched and would be delivered no later than the 13/12/2021. Then Received an email stating it would be delivered on the 19th, Which turned out to be another lie as It didn't arrive. Today is the 20/12/2021 and yet again I have had to call them myself for James the customer service assistant who clearly doesn't have any training as he assured me it would be delivered in time for Christmas as it is being dispatched on the 27/12/2021!!!! How can they get away with selling an item so close to Christmas that they do not even have in stock?? My money has been sitting in there account for over a month now while I have no Christmas present for my daughter. Numerous times asked for manager who was meant to call me back but never did. Customer service team have no training or help from managers Shambles of a company.
