We purchased a TV which broke within the manufacturers 2 year warranty period. The Manufacturer was brilliant in arranging to try and repair and when it was found un repairable provided us with an uplift code to take back to Studio cards to ensure the TV was replaced or refunded. this should have been a simple process. However upon contacting Studio cards they are refusing to honour the uplift code! The customer service from the company is absolutely shocking. No one in their customer service department listens to what you say on the phone and due to this we have no option but to go through the ombudsman to resolve a situation that should be simple. I will never use the company again and would suggest nobody else does either.
