Studio do not have a clue.
They took the payment for a bed that was in stock (and still is) on a 5 to 10 day delivery. On the tenth day I had not heard anything so rang them up. Customer services where no use at all and could not update me any further. 15 days passed and I get an email stating they expect the bed to be delivered 7th. It came and went and no bed. Phoned again and again customer services no help and had no info at all. I cancelled the bed and will now wait up to 14 days for a refund.
The company runs so disjointedly and does not have the infrastructure or the training to deal with the simplest of queries, I will never shop with them again.
Update, now I have tried to cancel I am having more issues. Phoned and requested to cancel and they tell me I have to wait for the cancellation department to process. In the mean time the bed might turn up. This is at the 36hr mark now and still not processed.
They should not be allowed to trade in the UK with these types of rules.
The worst company I have ever had the misfortune to deal with.
