These absolute scum of a company has taken our money and not delivered the item. They just say excuse after excuse but not deal with it. We ordered a duvet cause ours got ruined and being winter it's a must but these incompetent neglectful company have left us waiting weeks and weeks and still not dealt with it. With the time of the year and how tight things are with money we can't buy another until we get out money back so and due to this my daughter and her mum are ill.
