I ordered 3 items on the 26th November which should have been delivered in 6-10 days, upon tracking the parcels evri stated they collected them on the 28th November so everyone was OK. . .or so I thought! I waited patiently for 12 days for my items to be delivered then contacted customer service to find out where my items were. Customer services are based in the Philippines and have no contact details for evri except the tracking info, I asked for a refund which they refused as they couldn't refund me until the items I ordered were returned( so basically if they are missing in transit I won't get a refund) the only resolution I was given was to wait upto 30 days for my parcels to arrive after already waiting 3 weeks! 🤷♂️ studio has to be the most unorganised company I've ever used and I wish I would have seen the reviews before ordering from them. So as it stands I have to wait until the items are returned, that's if evri haven't lost them before I can ask for a refund. As soon as I've had my refund my account will be closed and I will shop elsewhere!
