Purchased an item, paid in full with a card, no confirmation email received! As I did not set an account up I have no account number, no email so no order number so they still have my money. This was in November! I’ve been waiting for my ‘refund’ for almost a year. It’s not for a large amount but now it’s just principle I get my money off this thieving company!!!! AVOID AT ALL COSTS!!!!
