Ordered an item early September, the item was damaged, therefore I returned the item & kept the receipt, 15 days later, studio deny all knowledge of receiving it back, yet tracking states it was handed back 2 days later to the recipient. 10 emails later & I'm going around on circles, thet keep asking for the same information & I have sent every bit of information several times. In 5 days time I can proceed with chargeback.
