Ordered some wooden toys for my sons birthday on the 10th October, it got to his birthday on the 22nd and still not recieved. I web chatted they said they changed their ordering system and it’d be shipped out in a couple of days. A week went by with no item so I emailed them, they said the exact same thing and I web chatted again who said exact same thing. They wouldn’t let me cancel the order, I asked if I could just reorder the same items and return the old parcel they said I could but I would have to pay for it which is about a tenner. I ordered some more items yesterday to see what would happen and they’ve already been dispatched and with evri. I’m really disappointed with studio. I’ve been waiting nearly 4 weeks now for this parcel, I ordered a lovely Walker for my son to help him safely walk about and wish I bought one somewhere else. By the time I get it he will probably not need it anymore.
