Returning items with studio is so difficult and I don't think today they will help with returns. Contact us form is designed with irrelevant choices you can't get through on.
Evri deliver studio parcels but they don't recognise studio retail if you try to arrange return Evri collection. You cannot arrange collection because of this.
Terrible terrible company both studio and Evri. Dissabled or elderly customers have no rights with these two companies.
