Ordered tv on 20th September told delivery 14 days 4 weeks later tv arrived opened box to find tv had been returned by previous customer because it was damaged hadn't had time to be removed from delivery van but sent to me.
Contacted studio through Web chat took 3 weeks of run around to finally get it returned 65in tv stuck in my living room.
Another 3 weeks and still waiting for refund to my account while they are charging me interest and delivery costs from 28th Sept. Asking for inflated payments on my account for something I haven't got.
Back on web chat to get the now usual round around from pathetic customer service.
I am now seeking legal advice over this matter.
