They sell things that they don't even have in stock, they part refund your order with no alternative. In my case I brought a family set of Xmas PJs, 5 days after purchase I was advised via an email they didn't actually have them in stock, they refunded the 1 pair, when I contacted them and advised them that they are part of a set, what's the point in only have 2, they refused to cancel the order, even thou it's not been dispatched, and when it comes, I have to pay to return it, I've already paid 4.99 for it to be delivered in the first place, even thou what I ordered isn't actually being delivered . Still no sign this and it's been over a week since I ordered. FB chat is pointless, the chatbot is useless, no number to speak to anyone. Disgusting.
