If I could give zero I would. Ordered a laptop on 22/11, I needed it urgently for university work. No email about dispatch. Have asked and asked about dispatch. Got the same tale of a new delivery and ordering system. Surely they should have let customers know this before letting people order? I asked on Monday for them to cancel my order. They kept with the same story of "hold on your items will be delivered". They sent me a cancellation email and are today claiming I cannot cancel. The stress of this situation caused me to be admitted to hospital.
Studio used to be great and customer service was good but lately it's by far the worst customer service I have encountered!! There isn't even a way to talk to.a.person, it's all emails and if you're lucky Facebook messenger.
