AVOID! An absolutely disgraceful experience from start to finish. Ordered a play kitchen for my daughter’s Christmas present on the 22nd November, funds were taken from me immediately. I didn’t receive an email confirming the purchase which at the time I thought was pretty poor, double checked that the funds had been taken and not returned and thought nothing more of it.
10 days later (having paid £4.99 for postage) still no sign of the play kitchen. I tried to speak to someone at Studio - it is IMPOSSIBLE.
I navigated my way through an awkward chat bot that didn’t have any options relating to my enquiry - ‘paid for item but it’s no where to be seen’ and finally I was seemingly talking to a human.
30 minutes later, Emmanuel told me that he needed to elevate my enquiry and someone would be in touch in 2-3 days.
TEN days later still no word from them. I went back onto the online chat, tricked the robot into letting me talk to a human and after 30 minutes was told that the person I was talking to was having technical issues and I’d have to start again - see screenshot below.
I started the process AGAIN and skipped straight to demanding a refund. I was told it would take up to 7 business days… it’s been 5 and nothing yet…
My daughter’s present hasn’t arrived for Christmas despite ordering it 5 weeks ago and I haven’t been refunded.
Studio will inevitably go out of business and it deserves to with customer experiences like this. Do NOT risk your money with these absolute jokers.
