Never had an issue prior to this; Placed an order on 15th November. Still waiting for my goods. Evri lost the parcel and it has been like pulling teeth to get studio to refund my money (I paid the balance to avoid late payment charges and it affecting my credit rating).
I keep going around in circles, even though I provided them with the information needed and even though evri confirmed they lost my parcel, studio keeps telling me it is to be collected from my local parcelshop.
