Studio delivered a damaged TV in Dec 23. After contacting them they sent a replacement TV and collected the damaged TV via Evri on 15th Dec 23 (no confirmation slip was left although I know the drivers name). I have paid in full for the replacement TV however Studio have never credited my Account for the returned one, despite several emails, web chats, they always revert back to the beginning asking for a photo of the damaged item?? The customer service is horrendous! I have tried to call a few times and the wait times are over 90 mins. Subsequently they have now started charging me Interest. I have contacted them again (4 months later) and they have again emailed me asking for photos of the damaged item!? I am totally at a loss of what to do? By looking at threads on Money Saving Expert there are 100's of people whom are in the same boat as me. My advise is AVOID AT ALL COSTS
