If I could give 0 stars I would. Your customer service is appalling, I have never experienced such lack of professionalism. I don’t understand why it’s so hard to collect your faulty item that you sent to me and give me my money back! It’s robbery! This issue has been going on over a month now and has still not been resolved.
Everyone, If you want the risk of receiving a faulty item and getting your money robbed, please shop with Studio as they are the company for you. Diabolical
