Order was delivered today, however i need to return an item. Studio charged £4.99 for delivery, and now want £4.99 for a single small item return. That's nearly £10 extra on top of the original price....
This is absolutely shocking.
I will give the dress away before paying this to return it.
Disgraceful customer service.
