I placed an order for the first time over 2 months ago. I then received a letter in the mail 3 weeks later telling me I needed to pay the balance upfront before they dispatched my order which I called and paid over the phone. The payment was processed and then the company cancelled my order. I found this out when again calling 3 weeks later to see where my order was. The woman I spoke to then said she’s not sure what happened, it was a mistake and she would refer it to accounts for a refund. I have now called an additional 2 times in the past 2 weeks to only be told that it’s been referred to accounts to be refunded and they can’t tell me anymore, insistence that the careline team does not have a way to transfer me to accounts and in fact they do not have a phone number for them or any way to contact them! I still do not have my refund. I would beware of this company as it seems to be a scam or amazingly incompetent, I’m not sure which!
