I recently placed first order with Studio - received one item but not the other due to delivery issues, delivery company then returned item to Studio. Six weeks later the value for returned item is still showing on my balance, even though I have contacted them several times to query this, and being assured that the issue will be resolved, nothing is done about it. I have been told that the reason it has taken so long to take value of returned item off of my balance is due to the upgrading of their computer system, which to me is a weak excuse. No other company I have ever dealt with takes 6 weeks to take cost of an item which has been returned to them off of a customer's balance. They don't seem in any way interested in resolving matter, are quite happy to continue charging someone for something which they didn't purchase, and they don't seem especially keen to provide a service which supports the customer or fosters any sort of trust in them whatsoever. I will never be shopping with them again due to this issue, it has been the worst experience I have had with online shopping and also the most abysmal customer 'care' I have ever experienced. A one star rating is too high, but unfortunately you can't give zero.
