Terrible customer service!
A customer has supplied the incorrect email address (or it was entered incorrectly by staff) and I have received several responses from them stating that I need to provide my full name, address and account number so that my records can be traced as though it has something to do with my request to stop receiving emails clearly written for someone else.
Real people are responding to my emails. Real people are ignoring the fact I keep saying that they have the wrong email address. I live in a completely different country in a different part of the world so calling to sort this out is not an option. I have never been, nor will I ever be a customer. You clearly can't even keep track of the ones you have.
