Company will not refund me for a faulty product I can prove I have returned. They are trying to tell me they sent out a replacement product which I have kept. I can prove that not only did I state several times I didn't want a replacement but that I refused delivery of the replacement. I am now in the process of reporting them to the financial ombudsman.
