Ordered a xmas tree on 20/11/18, got delivered but badly damaged, been waiting ever since for a refund to my card accounts, constant phone calls to a useless Indian customer care service, I've had nothing but lies and promises from them regarding payment, u can't get a call to studio uk.
Now going to take them to court to refund the money, shambles of a company, and still not been refunded, date 13/12/18
PLEASED BE WARNED AND DONT USE.
