Ordered a Christmas Tree during their black Friday deal Nov 25th it said delivery within 10 days. Hermes sent a notification on day 3 of ordering, they had the tree and aimed to deliver in 48 hrs. No tree arrived. Called Studio they told me to wait until Dec 11th then file lost item report. Ive emailed numerous times for refund and they are refusing to refund and just respond with it was sent to Hermes.
