Avoid
This company needs to be shut down, I have ordered once and it was fine after spending over 400 in a month or so..this is where the problems began!
I paid straight away online for items for my daughter for Christmas and was in stock when i ordered, time was going on and I didn't receive anything to my surprise, it had money available to spend I wouldn't have known this if I didn't go on the account to track items,
I ordered my daughter a personalised puzzle to be told it was no longer in stock so I called to complain this was 4 items I paid for in stock wasn't actually in stock.. livid I was..
Then knock on the door 4 days later yes middle of December I received a personalised puzzle...to a male name not my daughter's name, well this made me angry some poor child with this name now doesn't have one maybe he got my daughter's name! So I went on to customer services yet again! To be told I will be given my money back I offered to send back the puzzle with the male name they said i can't return it why? Huh.
I have been waiting since the 7th December for a refund of a few items and all I keep being told even tonight after speaking to a manager it is with another department awaiting for the refund to be done,I said I was disgusted and the manager told me the reason it's taking so long is because they have a lot of refunds to be done..
Wish I read all these reviews before even placing one order angry is a understatement!! Fuming...
How can this company get away with all this???
