To start my husband ordered a mobile phone on the 4, the website shows it was dispatched on the 7 and shows the following information :
Parcel reference: 0856579315611634
Parcel despatched on 07/02/2019.
The parcel will be delivered on or before 13/02/2019.
Because we didn't receive the parcel we called and texted on Facebook page. On the Facebook chat from the moment I mentioned I wasn't happy with the service received they just stopped responding to my messages. The lady on the phone said to my husband that we will have to wait another 15 days and told us to track the parcel, however the tracking number is invalid... The costumer service is rubbish... Seriously... They lost the parcel and can't even tell us.. It's unacceptable....
