Ordered a patio set that was meant to be delivered in 3 days, this turned into 5, then 7, then 10, then I finally was given a delivery date and it never turned up with no contact from Studio, I had to contact them to be told it was damaged and wasn't being delivered, I phoned them to tell them I didn't want a replacement and I would go elsewhere so can they refund me, they refused to do so, I had to claim the money back from them with my bank using chargeback.
I then requested to close my account as I didn't wish to use them due to the poor customer service, they refused as they had not had the patio set back so haven't credited my account, this has been going on for weeks and there customer service are utterly useless and can never be bothered to actually look at anything and keep giving me the same reply, I phoned and spoke to a manager who proceeded to be useless as well and said that they were only aware a few days earlier they didn't have the parcel back (obviously a complete lie as I have countless emails trying to resolve this issue), still waiting for a resolution on my account closure and have full intention to take them to small claims afterwards to compensate me for the countless hours of time I've wasted on trying to communicate with them.
