My current order of a Google Pixel 3 was placed on the 4th of September, at this point, 24 days ago. I first waited the 10 days stated on the description and called to see what the delay was for. No one was able to tell me why there was a delay and that ‘due to the product coming from a supplier there is a short delay’. I got this for 2 weeks straight. After 2 weeks I managed to get someone to tell me when the next delivery to the warehouse of this item would be and that was put down to the 23rd September, leaving 5 days for the item to be delivered from this point. I’ve just called again, ‘we are sorry about the short delay, due to high demands of this product, we have a new delivery date to the warehouse of the 3rd October, to be expected to be delivered by the 8th. Why, on the 4th of September when they knew there wasn’t enough stock to cover the orders were more ordered? Why is it taking a month (if not more) for something to be delivered. Are they waiting for brexit or what?
What an absolute joke.
