Ordered an item on the 23 of November did receive the item phoned them to be told the item wasn't even in stock and that it would be back in stock on the 2nd and to give it 3 to 5 days so after the 2nd tried to track the item and was still saying they hadn't received it so i phoned them back to be told again that it still wasn't in stock and that it would be in stock on the 16th but to give it until the 21st which i explained is to close to Christmas as if i didn't receive it buy the time i had received a refund it would be to late to replace the item so i asked if they had the same item but in a different colour in stock so they checked and said yes a black one so i asked if they would just send me the black one instead as i wasn't really fussed over the colour the gentleman whom spoke very poor English then proceeded to tell me yes i could have the black one but would have to pay again but this time instead of paying the £79.99 i originally payed they wanted me to make another payment but this time of £99.99 because the item had gone back to its original price so when i explained that i jad already payed of the item but haven't received it so why do i have to pay again for a replacement item of the same product just in a different colour the guy couldn't answer me i asked to speak to a manager which wasn't available and he just kept demanding another payment which resulted in me requesting a refund absolute appalling customer service and i will not shop with studio again
