I ordered a toy shop as a Christmas present for my children. According to the tracking, it was apparently delivered by Hermes on 16th December to me at my address but NOT my signature. No calling card and I checked with neighbours - no parcel. I called Studio to report this and was told Hermes would call me within 24 hours. I explained that as this was a Christmas present and I have no faith in Hermes I wanted a refund. No call from Hermes, and no refund. I chased on 23rd December, still with no contact from anyone and no parcel, and explained that I needed my money back to buy a different Christmas present. I was promised a same day refund. I didn't get it, and still have nothing now (2nd January). I have had no explanation, no apology, no contact from Hermes or Studio. My children got no main Christmas present due to Studio's appalling service and broken promise of a refund (they had agreed not to wait their standard 30 days as I explained that I need to buy something else in the absence of the original gift). Very disappointed and I will never use Studio again. I don't appreciate being lied to and they should have done what they said and given me my money back. Avoid at all costs.
