I have ordered a coat twice now the first time the order was cancelled they said there was no stock.
The second time it said dispatched and on it’s way, then I get an email saying no stock available ,when I emailed them they said they were unable to get the stock when the order was processed ,it still said in stock online now it says out of stock online, surely if the item came back in stock they could have sent another one out, but no they said reorder.
I would not want to deal with this company but I really like the coat can’t find it elsewhere ,if I could I wouldn’t bother with studio ,took a week before they let me know the order wasn’t processed, most companies I have ordered with online have delivered in a few days or less, studio is too slow.
