I ordered a jet wash at the end of march and as of today I have still not received it!
I have tracked the parcel with Hermes which The last information displaying states it as as out for delivery on Friday 3rd April?
I emailed Hermes to ask where it is and they emailed me back saying the parcel was given to the wrong courier so I need to contact studio as they will be able to sort it out.
I have sent 2 emails and rang them numerous times to which you physically carnt get through to customer services. I spoke to somebody from The finance Department to see if they could help or put me through to somebody but she said she couldn’t!
I’ve still Had no reply or any acknowledgement as to what is happening with the parcel!
Absolutely disgusting and will be taking it further!
