Put an order for a pre-ordered game, 3 days after release day I get an email stating it was delayed and they don't know when it'll be delivered.
I emailed to cancel and bought elsewhere. 2 days later I get an email back acknowledging my request but wanting data protection. As my name, email of my account and order number was somehow not enough (or more likely they were delaying until it was sent out).
4 days after their reply, I get another email saying it was dispatched.
Disgusting service and I'll never use again.
