So this is a tough one. Studio does do good products with things that I have purchased from them however I can't even begin to mention how poor the Customer service is. I would give them - if I could.
Tried to cancel an order I had twice and twice it was refused with no explanation given.
Then I received the item a few days later, however on my account it still said awaiting order.
Then I called up as I didn't receive an invoice or returns label, they refused to email one and was assured it would be with me between certain days and it didn't come, in which I was visited twice by a returns courier. After calling back all they kept saying was exactly the same as the last guy but the returns label would take 5-7 days. Then they asked me to leave the parcel on my open front porch for the driver to collect, In which I refused as it would have been nicked. I've dealt with A lot of online customer Service agents as I have done a lot of online shopping over the years. I can't even begin to express how poor and disgusting there service is and how much I would avoid it.
