Disgusting company. Ordered a patio set 15th April due to arrive on or before 30th April, didnt arrive. None of my emails were answered, I ended up in tears of frustration on the last call I had with them practically begging for my money back! £270 down the drain because they lie and cheat people out of money. Each time I call I get a different reason as to why I havent been refunded and am asked to wait another week before calling back and when I call back theres a new reason as to why it will take another week. Its absolutely exhausting, I will be reporting the company to the financial ombudsman as they seriously need to be investigated. I will keep trying to get my money back but dont hold out much hope. Seems their customer service agents are trained to lie through their teeth to retain profit for goods they probably dont even stock. Wish I'd read the reviews before making such a big purchase.
