Customer service is shockingly bad. I ordered an item on 01/10/20. Hermes couriers received it on 05/10/20 and have since lost it. I have made at least five calls to studio & as many emails. It is now 23/10 and still waiting for a response. Studio say they cannot chase the courier and despite checking their own tracking info and being able to see that i havent received the item they will not refund it to my account!! Ive been told to "be patient" and wait for the item to arrive despite the fact they cannot give ANY indication how long im expected to be patient for. They cannot chase the item, they refuse to refund the item to my account, they cannot cancel the order & they expect me to make payments towards it until it turns up!! I lodged an official complaint with the complaints dept - she told me she would call me back later that day. That was 10 days ago and im still waiting. Dodgy company with no customer service skills whatsoever
