I placed an online order and selected a closer shop to where I live. The perfume has been delivered to a far away branch. So I had to chat with the online staff to arrange for cancelation. They cancelled my order but I have not received my money back. I waited for 7 working days and I contacted them and they said that they will refund me and it will take up to 6 working days. I had to wait again, and I called again because I have not got my money they said if I cancel my order before collecting it they will not charge me and they need a proof that there is a transaction from my bank account. I received my money after 28 working days and after chasing the staff up. In addition to that their customer service is very poor. I will never buy from this shop again and I cancelled my loyalty card.
