“I placed an order in early January and paid for next day delivery. Still didn't have it 2 days later. Contacted customer services and was told there were problems in the warehouse. Had my delivery fee refunded and told there would be a complimentary gift for my troubles. No gift arrived. Thought I'd give them the benefit of the doubt and placed another order 4 days ago with next day delivery. It still hasn't arrived at the courier so I contacted customer services again. Told there was a problem with the warehouse again and had my delivery fee refunded again. No idea now when it will arrive. Safe to say thats the end of me using Superdrug online.”

“I shop regularly to Super Drugs in Rustington. There are often empty shelves & their friendly staff always apologise, but have no answers just repeat... problems with deliveries.
Very annoying & a sad state of affairs for a company.”
“I ordered two bottles of perfume last year from Superdrug when it was delivered by Evri there was 1 bottle of aftershave that Superdrug don’t even stock, now I don’t know if that perfume was taken on despatch from Superdrug or stolen and switched by Evri but it took me 5 weeks of contacting Superdrug I even spoke to someone at Evri nobody would believe it I was completely frustrated it took weeks of emails telling them what has happened asking them to look into it and they came back and said the weight on the box was correct I begged them again to look into this I was determined to get my money back from this scam, I hired an online agency to look into it for me and I also had to raise a dispute with my credit card company once I involved these parties I eventually got my money back. I did still want the perfume so I ordered a click and collect in store and I checked the box before I left but now when I hear I have a parcel being delivered by Evri I get such bad anxiety, I now divert it to my post office and I open the box there again to make sure it is correct because if the post master witnessed me opening the box and it’s wrong I have proof, I hope this helps anyone in this situation. I do not trust Evri.”
“Latest order online, evri delivered a damaged, unsealed, squashed box with no goods purchased inside, completely empty.
Have ring door bell footage, photos, all evidenced with timings and not interested, telling me to call police for theft from property which wasn’t the case, the delivery driver handed us the parcels and damaged empty box. Customer service non existent not interested nor will refund or replace.
Never will order again, what makes it worse my daughter ordered it out her saved pocket money for a bday gift for me.
Awful company to deal with and there customer satisfaction promise is complete nonsense”
“Just awful. Don’t be duped by their cheerful high-street respectability! Their customer service is next level awful. You have the choice of waiting over 30 mins on the phone until you are so annoyed you just hang-up, or you can message them where you get automated reply saying they’ll deal with your query in 2-3 days. This would be annoying enough except they don’t get in touch after 2-3 days, so you’re just left in limbo, wishing you’d never gone to Superdrug in the first place. Really poor.”
“My local Superdrug is at Angel Central Islington and staff are friendly and helpful. Today I was given the correct makeup and the person at the till showed me the number on my receipt to use to collect my loyalty points instead of having to put my long email in when I forget my card. For me this Superdrug suits me as it has mostly everything I need as well as top staff always on hand.”

“Only received 19 items of the 32 items I ordered online. Superdrug won't refund missing items saying all items were despatched. Sticker on my box states box weight was 0.002kg. When I've raised the issue of the weight of box they won't confirm what weight of the box was.”

“Superdrug streatham pharmacy has 1 highly professional pharmacist and several rude, hostile pharmacists who actively drive business away.
I try to go on Thursdays only when the helpful Asian pharmacist is there. Unfortunately he was away and the woman on duty took one look at my private prescription and said "we can't do it". Why? What nonsense. She just didn't want the work.
I came back a different day when the professional was on duty and he organised my prescription.
I wonder how much business your hostile, racist staff are losing you Superdrug?
Most people would go somewhere else. Few people have the time to come back 3 x looking for the one and only professional that works there!”

They told me that they sent the parcel to me, but no parcel was found. They sent me the photo which is only a parcel box 📦 but no label on it. The background is blackout, I have no idea where it is. I have contacted customer service for two times, but they only asked me to ask my neighbour and sent me the photos. They are not helpful and not professional. Very disappointed, definitely not recommended”

They just keep sending the same automated reply. Send you the wrong goods. They tell you to send a photo of your returns receipt to give you a quick refund but then ignore your e-mail. Shocking customer service. If you like talking to a robot go ahead and use them. I am am taking this matter further. Will not use Superdrug again. Be warned.”
“I ordered 12 bottles of shower gel. Communication was good.Evri delivered within a few days. Only 1 bottle of shower gel in box. Despite repeated attempts to contact them by web chat, what’s app and the app it’s impossible.No phone number to contact them.
Lesson learnt, sometimes in life you make bad choices. I’m not going to waste any more of precious life trying to get contact them for a refund. It’s really not worth it.I have deleted the app.”
