I have been placing orders monthly with Superdrug for years now (usually with no issues). This month i placed an order, waited a week and nothing arrived. When i logged into my account to see what was going on, it stated my order was cancelled! Not once did you contact me to advise of this.
I started trying to contact you via chat - Oh what joy! 12 hours between responses and all i was told the items were out of stock (what all 8 of them)?? I got an apology and the offer of 300 points, which is the equivalent to £3 via chat. Definitely NOT an acceptable compensation for a £60 order that was not delivered.
Why is there absolutely no way to actually speak to someone live on the phone or via live chat? The chat offered is generic responses telling me to check my junk inbox multiple times. I am an IT Manager and am fully aware of the functions of an email inbox!
Superdrug, as a loyal customer who has spent a significant amount of money with you over the past years, I am taking my custom elsewhere to a company that cares about it's customers!
