Worse customer service company I have never met.
They told me that they sent the parcel to me, but no parcel was found. They sent me the photo which is only a parcel box 📦 but no label on it. The background is blackout, I have no idea where it is. I have contacted customer service for two times, but they only asked me to ask my neighbour and sent me the photos. They are not helpful and not professional. Very disappointed, definitely not recommended
