My mother placed an order from Australia. The delivery address was to myself. The Takealot delivery was not boxed, the driver delivered 2 of the 3 items. I lodged a complaint. Our receptionist, and various of my colleagues are witnessed hereto. It is now up to Takealot Centurion to verify this as correct. Still waiting for the 3rd item, no confirmation of refund, or process. Truly disappointing, and a great concern, that this issue is my problem, and not Takealot's.
