I ordered the Elephant Pillow from takealot. I received the dirty,damaged smelling pillow with a mouse droppings in the package. Looks like their storage had mouse and they don't double check the products before the give to customers. When I logged the complaint after 2days received the Elephant I waited for them to respond on what next can I do. I then decided to drop the Elephant in few hours I received the email saying they declined the complaint with a photo of what I complained for. They seemed to say I am the one who damaged the product pretending as they did not read my points on my complaint. I am soo disappointed in takealot service. They seemed to be fake and not organized I don't recommend anyone to buy from them. 😔😔😔😔😔
